Is there a commission on orders?

No. Unlike other platforms, we charge zero commission on your orders. You keep 100% of every sale. We only charge the flat monthly subscription.

What happens if I do not pay?

You get a few days of grace after your month ends. After that your shop is suspended and closed to customers until your payment is received and the admin reactivates you. Your data is never deleted.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing page. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current period.

How do I pay for my subscription?

Pay KSh 500 by M-Pesa to us each month. Once we receive it, your shop is activated or renewed for another month.
